Spongy Knitted Scarf

spongyscarf
I want to learn knitting since years ago, and finally I can learn it from my Thai classmate in AUA Khun Scottie. Even she is not around Chiang Mai anymore, I still continue doing the knitting as my new hobby. This is my second knitted scarf, I made this using 1,5 balls of Vincent Spongy yarn (100% Polyester, 75 m, 50 g) which I bought from PINN Shop.

I made the scarf only in 4 days (not 4 full days, but I don’t know exactly how many hours). It’s an easy one because I just knit every row, but the yarn texture gave me hard time for a few first row, and if I drop some stitch, I don’t think I can fixed it easily. I knitted this carefully, and make sure I didn’t drop any stitch. It’s fun to see the spongy yarn texture but I still have no idea what I’m going to do with the rest of my yarn.

My first knitted scarf is for Joe, it’s my practice yarn and somehow I want to redo it again because I didn’t feel satisfied with the result. And this spongy scarf I made for myself.

If you are wondering why I’m not update my writing about Learning Thai, this new hobby is one of the reason. But don’t worry, I promise to continue writing the Thai Learning as soon as I found the easiest way to write the phonetic.
